Jeff Adams Draft Watch

For those who doubt Jeff Adams is a definite NFL draft prospect, check out the following draft watch lists:

I think Adams will probably be drafted in the 7th round unless he has a huge season this year, or more specifically if the Lions get some serious rushing yards and keep sacks low this fall. In that case, he may go as early as the 6th round.

I also think fellow OL Bob Hauschildt has a shot at the NFL, but I don’t know if that’s on his personal radar.

Top 100 Moments of 2010

#10: A TD… FINALLY!

Columbia needed a quick score after it fell behind Cornell, 17-3 late in the third quarter.

It got one after a 70 yard drive that took nine plays, but less than three minutes off the clock.

It ended in a familiar fashion for the 2010 Lions; a short scoring pass to TE Andrew Kennedy.

At 17-10 with almost all of the 4th quarter remaining, Lions fans suddenly had hope that a miracle comeback wasn’t too far from reality.

Didn't realize he played hoops in HS. That definitely helps the footwork of a big guy and would be something to consider when scouting Jeff. Also, seems like he has long arms which is a plus. Hopefully he can use this year to mature as a player and then physically to put up some numbers for pro scouts in physical testing.

Nice to see him on the lists, but, it all comes down to how the team is doing.

Marc graduated last year. At that point he was not a starter for Columbia.
