#19: Greg's Big Punt, Calvin's Big Tackle
The week 9 game against Cornell at Wien Stadium began with both teams not able to score for multiple possessions.
But the Big Red looked like it was going to win a major field position battle early in the game when the Lions started their first possession on their own 10 and did not get a 1st down.
On the 4th down play from the Columbia 17, punter Greg Guttas booted the ball nice and high and let Lion speedster Calvin Otis get to Cornell returner Luke Tasker after just a one yard gain to the Big Red 41.
It was one of the better punts and coverages of the entire 2010 season.

Jake, somebody on Voyforums suggested that the reported height and weight numbers are generally bogus, and that the coaches are responsible for inflating the numbers to make teams look bigger. I hope that our gains are real.
I normally don't comment on team related things told to me by my son, but, the 319 lb number is his weight. Based on that I think the numbers are for the most part probably correct.

The numbers come straight from the trainers, who conduct the height and weight stuff.-
The last poster is correct. Heights and weights are taken from the athletic training staff during physical.
As you can easily discern, the weights are rounded up to the next number ending in 5 or 0. Same with the heights rounded up to the next inch. By and large, they are honest with a couple of pounds and a half inch of inflation.
Young Mr. Groth should have a good year. I am also impresses in general by the size gains throughout our defense. Martin and Mistretta should be a force at IL.
