New Lions
I missed this last week, but we have three new additions to the football roster. Presumably these guys are 100% freshmen walk-ons:
They are DB Malcom Carson, WR Anthony Johnson, and K Dean Perfetti.
Suffice it to say I know little about these young men, but I like see a growing roster anytime.

According to information on the Web, Anthony Johnson was St. Joseph Prep's top receiver last year with 16 receptions for 374 yards. St. Joe's always has a strong team so Johnson has to be a nice find for the Lions. Similarly, Malcolm Carson played linebacker and strong safety last year for El Cerrito HS in the San Francisco area. He appears to have been one of the best players on the team.
