Coordinator of Football Officials Jim Maconaghy is focusing on a new emphasis on preventing flagrant fouls.

Chin straps are considered like face masks now and penalties will be assessed as such.

All officials will be evaluated by a crew checking videos of games. That is a new development this year.

He followed a short introduction from new Ivy Executive Director Robin Harris. I was not expecting her to participate.
