Coach Lou Ferrari has stepped down for personal reasons, and Coach Aaron Kelton will replace him as defensive coordinator.
We will truly miss Lou Ferrari, who came back to Columbia after 21 years away to help jump start our exciting 2006 season. Best of luck to him and his family in Florida.
For Coach Kelton, this is a special opportunity we think he will make the most of.
Also, Coach Greg Sigler, who did a great job recruiting this past year, (Jerry Bell), is being promoted to full-time staff.

Do you think that getting Bell will increase our chances of making future inroads in Texas HS football recruiting?
It won't hurt. It's funny, but a lot of smart athletes are not aware of all the schools in the Ivies and just what opportunities are out there.
