It features interviews with Head Coach Norries Wilson, and the fou team captains, seniors Alex Gross, Andrew Kennedy, Matt Moretto and Mike Stephens.


Bios Updated

If you check te Lions roster page, you'll see the bios for most of the players have been updated with info from the 2009 season.


Today is also Media Day and Picture Day at Wien Stadium for the football team and I will be attending along with my two little members of Roar-EE's Cubs Club.

It will be a chance to interview some of the players and see how everyone looks a week before the season finally begins.

I hope to publish some highlights this evening.

And the athletic department will also be live blogging a practice for the fina time this preseason beginning at 3pm.


Opponent Game Reminders

All three of Columbia's non-league opponents are in action tonight.

Fordham hosts URI in the Bronx at 6pm, and that game is still "pick em," so it should be a decent contest.

Lafayette hosts Georgetown also at 6pm, the Leopards remain 20 point favorites there.

And Towson has gone from a 5 1/2 point favorite over Coastal Carolina to a 9 1/2 point favorite in just a couple of days. Perhaps one of the Chanticleers has been injured? That game kicks off in Baltimore at 7pm.
