A Brown parent has fired up a fan site for all things Brown football called the Brown Bear Blogger.
I welcome a new online source for info on one of our rivals and I know all the readers here will check in regularly.
Speaking of welcome news, it was great to learn that Lion sack legend Lou Miller '10 earned All Ivy Honorable Mention honors for wrestling.
This seals Miller's legacy as one of the greatest all-around athletes in Columbia history.

RE the Brown blog: you have to wonder about the wisdom of a parent of a current player blogging about his son's team. Unless it's an Asia Sunset type of puff piece day in and day out, it's a prescription for disaster for both father and son.

You forgot to mention that Lou Miller's HM is for wrestling -- let's not detract from his 1st team All-Ivy status as a DE.
Jake..do you know when the Maniatty memorial service will take place?
Service is this Thursday at St. Paul's Chapel on campus. I believe 2pm.
Jake, tremendous basketball game last night. Marcellus Wile was in attendance. Former OL Ralph DiBernardi was there; he looks like he has been running marathons! It's hard to believe that he once weighed 285 or so. I think he must weigh less than 200.
